â–º To get a quote simply go to the sign up page to schedule a cleaning and as you provide information about your home and schedule, your quote will adjust dynamically. You can also send us a TEXT MESSAGE requesting a quote and we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

â–º You can get a quote and schedule your cleaning online. It takes about two minutes. But ideally, we can get to know each other and evaluate your home on site so that your quote is accurate and fair.

 

â–º We provide all cleaning products and tools. We prefer to use green products whenever possible, but occasionally we have to use bleach-based solutions to remove stubborn mold and mildew. However, if you have specific products or equipment that you prefer to use, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

â–º We2Shine does not use hours worked as a parameter because we understand that what matters is the final cleaning result and customer satisfaction, no matter how much time has been spent to achieve it.

 

â–º If you are not happy with the cleaning please contact us immediately and we will take steps to rectify the situation. We guarantee your satisfaction and quickly correct any problems.

 

â–º We do not guarantee same-day reservations. But depending on the day, we can often accommodate your request.

â–º We cannot guarantee the results of minimal cleaning. Excessive accumulation may require an additional charge.

 

â–º If you won't be home, be sure to let us know how to access your home by placing the information in the customer dashboard.

 

â–º Your cleaning team arrives at the time of booking most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic, weather circumstances, and other unforeseen events. In cases where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted.

â–º Our cleaners will not move furniture, but will try to reach any visible place by hand or with a ladder that can be accessed higher, around 3 steps.

â–º You can cancel the service at any time without penalty. You do not need to commit to any contract or pre-determined number of commitments.

â–º Dust resettlement may occur after we leave. We try to limit dust in the air, but we can't avoid it.

 

â–º You can find lists here on the website of what is cleaned in every room of your house for each type of cleaning. You can also order extra items through your customer panel.

 

â–º We offer a wide range of services, from weekly cleaning to one-off cleaning and house moving cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the home page and clicking on the “Our Services” button.

â–º For our cleaners, closed doors mean: “Do Not Enter”.

​

â–º Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away this may result in an extra fee.

 

â–º Our standard is to send two people, preferably a couple. If you are on an ongoing schedule, we will do our best to match you with the same team every time.

​

â–º Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we can't reach by hand. To clean this we can use our window cleaning services (see Extra Services table)

â–º All members of our team go through a screening process that includes police background checks, reference checks and personal interviews. We also require significant house cleaning experience to work with us.

At We2Shine, we offer a variety of cleaning packages to suit your budget and needs. Our rates are based on the average size of your property, the desired frequency of visits and the level of detail required. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and receive a personalized quote. We accept Cash, Zelle, Cashapp and Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning update, please let us know as soon as possible. We need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, let us know and we will work with you to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
